We personalize every program to fit our clients' unique needs and goals.

Every training program is based on the client's postural ASSESSMENT. From there, we discuss goal setting and nutritional guidance to create a plan to help the client reach their goal efficiently and EFFECTIVELY.

We check in with clients on a weekly basis to help keep them accountable.

 

 

We empower clients with tools and education.

BIO

At 16, I decided I wanted to be a professional soccer player. I knew I had to improve my skills, speed, and fitness. I went online, did some research, and found a personal trainer. My parents said they would pay for the sessions so long as I did the work--and that's exactly what I did. I did weight training twice a week followed by two hours of soccer practice. On weekends, I would repeat whatever I learned that week with my trainer and my soccer coach. Despite that I was in the best shape of  my life, I eventually realized that the chances of me becoming a professional athlete were slim. But through the pursuit of one passion, I found another. By 18 I decided I wanted to be a personal trainer. By 19 I dropped out of college and got my personal training certification. By 20 I had my first job at a gym and my first set of clients. Fast forward 3 years and a couple gym jobs later and BOOM! Dynamo Fitness was born. I created this business because I wanted my clients to feel passionate about their health.  I wanted them to feel the way I did when I was a client-motivated, empowered, and inspired. 

WHY I'M QUALIFIED

I wouldn't be the trainer I am today if it wasn't for my years as a client.The beauty of having experienced being the client and the trainer is that I know the struggle and that has helped me build the solution. When I take on a client, their goal becomes my goal. We become a team. 

Since starting my training career, I've acquired multiple certifications. I specialize in weight loss, muscle hypertrophy, high intensity interval training, pre/post natal, TRX, beginner boxing, sport specific training, corrective exercise, injury prevention and recovery. I've trained clients ages 16 to 99 years old. My diverse range of clientele has helped me grow as a professional. My career has taught me a lot about people and what we need as humans to find success and happiness.

WHAT SETS DYNAMO FITNESS APART IS OUR ABILITY TO BRING OUR EXPERTISE TO YOU. INSTEAD OF STRUGGLING TO FIND THE MOTIVATION TO COME TO THE GYM, WE COME TO YOU WITH ALL THE EQUIPMENT, TOOLS AND ENERGY YOU NEED TO REACH YOUR GOALs. AFTER THE INITIAL ASSESSMENT, WE CREATE A PROGRAM TAILORED TO ADDRESS YOUR NEEDS.

  • 8 session training program | $85 per session | $680

  • 10 session training program | $80 per session | $800

  • 20 session training program | $75 per session | $1500

*Training programs do not expire. To inquire about personal training, please contact us directly.

WORK OUT WITH HIGHLY MOTIVATED PEOPLE AT YOUR OWN PACE. Small group training is a membership program which allows you to train in groups no more than four. work outs are tailored to your individual needs. learn different training styles. play with many different types of equipment. we will incorporate kettle bells, bosu, trx, and boxing. 

  • 4 SESSIONS/MONTH | $37.50 PER CLASS | $150 PER MONTH

  • 8 SESSIONS/MONTH | $31.25 PER CLASS | $250 PER MONTH
